Tasting Note

Nose
Ripe autumn fruits—blackberries, red plums—lifted by candied orange peel, spiced oatmeal and toasted oak.

Palate
Layers of rich sherry-soaked plum pudding, dark chocolate sauce, warming spice like nutmeg and ginger, with warm oak in the background.

Finish
A long, indulgent finish with lingering sweetness, dark fruit and refined oak.
