This 15 year old single malt was distilled in 2007 and matured in a Pedro Ximénez puncheon cask #800165. Bottled in 2023 to celebrate the Year of the Dragon. This is a limited edition with only 700 bottles released across Asia. Non chill filtered. Natural colour. Bottled at cask strength.

Tasting Note

Nose
Cocoa, honeycomb, dark chocolate, treacle, cinnamon butter, nutmeg.

Palate
Orange chocolate, heather honey, hazelnut, molasses, toffee apple, wild berries, ginger, cinnamon.

Finish
Long, warming, sherry sweetness, rich spice.
